Short Names for Cold War Iron Curtain

Description
If you also want to read what's on the map and have less eye cancer in Cold War Iron Curtain, then this is the submod for you! All (most) tags' names have been shortened so they're a lot more readable. For example as you can see on the picture instead of the Polish People's Republic I cut out the unnecessary words and it's only called Poland.

If I left out something/reworked a name in the wrong way, tell me in the comments.
