System Patrol Craft - Enforcer subclass

The Hydra-II is an overhaul of the Hydra System Patrol Craft Boasting heavier armor at the cost of acceleration and a fully integrated conveyor system. The craft fill the role of a patrol leader, backing up and coordinating a squadron of lighter intercept craft.

Notes: Starting with the unmodded version, I will be releasing a modded version, atleast for cosmetics, possibly for thruster upgrades as long as they stay more or less inline with vanilla balance. Currently contains officer's quarters (with wall mounted low cover as bed/desk), the rest of the crew quarters are the one portion of the ship still unlighted as I have not yet decided how I'm going to divide the space up. Similarly the Medbay is nominally also the messhall for the moment.
