Silencer and Weapon health Increase(Full Auto and Special Weapons)

This mod Increases the health of mostly Full Auto weapons and special weapons and special melee weapons. it also increases the crafted silencers and fabricated/found silencers.
i had mainly made this for my friend's server, these were desired settings that felt a bit better than default, these may change depending on how they feel(probably only the silencer's will change as many think the fabricated silencer's should be damn near invincible).
The Special Weapons were increased by 4x(400 health) the rest were doubled or 3x health
