Final Chance Redux - Shem Settlement

Description
An improvement from the first modded town I posted on the workshop awhile back. Much more competently made and will likely recieve some additional updates over time.

As you cross the expansive wasteland of Shem on your way to Flat Lagoon, you notice a small town strategically nestled around the the hills. Despite collecting all sorts of maps, none indicate the existence of a settlement in southern Shem. Upon your approach, you eventually learn the name of this seemingly unremarkable town, Final Chance.

The town itself is lore friendly so you don't have to worry too much about ruining your overall immersion. There are a few characters that you can interact with that'll provide some context along with a bit of humor here and there.

By so long, I mean that I started playing Kenshi again this year after a good hiatus. I must have subbed to this in that time or something. Good mod! Really surprised it doesn't have more subs. Again, I had no idea it was even a mod! Fit right in.

Damn it's been so long I didn't realize this was a mod and not a base game town. I was trying to look up when the Hashish trader updates his inventory. I bought him out a while ago and after quite a while he still hasn't refreshed his inventory with more Hashish. He still even has a bandit sword I sold him.
