I upgraded new radar's micro for 8 targets. May be used in many radar systems, like missiles (antichaff aam/sam with filtering stationary targets), scan/track radars. I also made code a bit more readable so it's more easy to modificate. Didnt add any tick compensation or whatever else, so do it by yourself.
Inputs: physics sensor, radar data.
Output: (N - number, B - on/off) N1: x of target 1, N2: y of target 1, N3: z (altitude) of target 1, N4: x of target 2, ... N24: z of target 8, B1 - target 1 found, ... B8: target 8 found.
