Monitor Composit combiner (adder)

This is for adding together touchscreen signals.

Its use is for times when you have two of the same monitors for the same thing (think pump displays on both sides of a fluid tank). The limitation of this version is that since it uses adders for the Touch X and Y signals, if both monitors are used at the same time, it can lead to unintended behaviour.
