-Aims to give many more bonuses to Mojave Chapter Focus tree
-Give more Spy Operations to acquire more spies, Xian Schematic, and annex Yakuza
-Fix items that the main mod forgot or I felt were broken

-unlocks most of the sophisticated tech

-air production buff from Boomers
-Buff Legion Defense forts.

-Holorifiles unlocks holorifles
-Harness the clouds gives air tech research and bomber production discount
-a ton of new traits to give power armor and air production reductions
-Added Steel Radio Advisor to help speed up Core-ing
- Added the Helios Brotherhood Flag mod just for the flag and not the color change
- Credit to Pardal Mcfeury for making the flag
----------------------- TECH -----------------------
-Added Scientific Air tech to Repconn Focus so you can get the second vertibird and build Xian fighters
- Radar gives a monthly pop boost and 5 weekly manpower

----------------------- OPERATIONS -----------------------
- After Yuma cave, you can spy on Shi to gain the Xian Fighter schematic

-At any point, you can spy on Yakura and cause an event to gain Akari as a general, annex Yakuza
(I would suggest releasing them as a puppet afterward so they can utilize the BOS puppet tree), and changes your flag

----------------------- FIXES -----------------------
- Buffed the BOS puppet tree to give them more factories, manpower, and resources

- Made it so the Weather Station Event also gives Mojave Chapter Securitrons instead of heavy lifter bots

- Fixed it so Securitron divisions show up with their correct icon instead of HR or combat robot icon
