Description
This is a Tallinna Trammi- ja Trollibussikoondis repaint/skin for Škoda 9Tr trolleybus.

13 different models of Škoda 9Tr were used in Tallinn, Estonia from 1974. The last 9Tr was withdrawn in the year 2000.

Tallinna Trammi- ja Trollibussikoondis, or TTTK, was a public transport company under the City of Tallinn Transport Authority, which organized Tallinn trolley traffic and Tallinn tram traffic.

The company was founded on June 26, 1997. On July 18, 2012, it was merged with Tallinna Autobussikoondise AS, and since July 19, 2012, Tallinna Linnatranspordi AS or TLT for short organizes public transport in Tallinn.
