Repeated Activiation Machine

When any of the counters are activated, they will repeatedly activate anything that is connected to the counters by a propagation wire, and will infinitely activate each other. If you activate a counter more than once then it will send multiple activation signals at the same time repeatedly. This can turn guns into absolute death machines. You can use this if you want to activate something repeatedly.
