I've figured out what's going on, something going on with the hexed mixture of skins addon. There's no longer any bodygroups other than citizen for some reason.

Well then I have no idea what's going on, I only used those models and having other addons shouldn't affect this. Sorry I can't help more.

The stand pose tool isn't just useful for human ragdolls, it works for ponies and some vehicles too.
