Compatability Patch for Evolved and Resolutions Expanded.
Might work without evolved.

This mod only changes ai weights (the support for a resolution) from the non-sensical ones Resolutions Expanded uses to intuitive ones, including modifiers dependent one Evolved ethics and other mechanics.

Unless Paradox decides to change the way ai weights for resolutions work, this mod will never be out of date. Ignore any out of date warnings.
