Surf_ski_2_classic no jail

We all know that the classic surf map is surf_ski_2 from CS 1.6. So I decided to port the map straight from CS 1.6 to CS2 As I am a personal fan of maps from the times of CS 1.6 and I am a veteran of this game, I will be happy to listen to suggestions.

Jail has been removed from the map so that you can surf freely.
