Left 4 Dead 1's L4D2-Styled Outro Titles

Description
Why wasn't it like this already?

Updates the Left 4 Dead 1 Outro Titles (The image of the campaign's name you see when you finish a campaign) so that it closely matches those from Left 4 Dead 2, which are just Campaign logos but grey.

I did this more for myself, but I decided to upload it here on the workshop, mainly because I couldn't find an addon that makes the Outro Titles like this one.

for a second i though this was the opposited, changing l4d2 outro titles to l4d1 style.
