All Special Forces Doctrines [RT56 Version]

Description
A Version of my All Special Forces Doctrine mod designed for RT56. This allows the selection of all 4 special forces doctrines. The 4th doctrine unlock becomes available at 1943.1.1.

This version does not require the original All Special Forces Doctrine mod. Don't use them together as they will overwrite each other.

@GronkaDonk I don't see anything in the code that would prevent the decision from showing up past the date, but I've never tested an in-progress save past the unlock date. The decision shows up in the war measures category just like the vanilla one so you might have to be at war. Also make sure you have Arms Against Tyranny enabled, because there is a limit in the code that checks for that. If you can see the decision but can't take it, you can always use decision_nochecks in the console to take it if you don't have Ironman on, or research_on_icon_click will let you take the other doctrine paths for free.

is there a way to force the unlock to become available? Downloaded mid save so ive already passed the unlock date
