Description
Built as a derivative of the Neo-Delegation, the Rakhsh-Class Cruiser is of a more civilian-ized make designed in particular for humanitarian relief efforts and function as a mobile hospital without putting further strain on fleetyards, using mostly parts from the California-Class to fulfill its duties while housing the full firepower of a cruiser, removing the typical need to serve strictly within a fleet environment or deep in protected space.
