restore Standards' secondary colour

secondary colour of standards were 'removed' after update.
this mod restores all factions' standards.

*** disable this mod if you're using my "historical local gods as factions' crest" mod, an adjusted version of this mod is included there, otherwise factions' colour could get weird. ***

for modders:
Standards now get colours from Floating Banners,
somehow Banners' secondary colour are white, so you just need to replace that white colour
(affect weapon-type icon's colour).
if you wanna quick fix your custom colour mod, just edit
data_db.pack/db/factions_banners_tables
