just follow these steps

no bullsh*t, straight to the point:

1- disconnect from your wi-fi/ethernet
2- launch the game
3- choose offline mode when prompted to
4- game will fail to launch but ubisoft connect will not
5- close (not log out) ubisoft connect
6- reconnect your internet

YOU ONLY HAVE TO DO THIS ONCE
----------------------------------------------------

7- enjoy no password prompt anymore

I have no clue if there's an esiest, simpler way to do it but this worked for me when the -playoffline launch option did not

sometimes it glitches out and dosen't let you log in and u can't play the game

doesnt work if you install brotherhood on a new device. and launch it the first time. fuck ubisoft. (glad someone found a way to at least partially solve this fuck up ubisoft makes)
