DAZZLING POWDER

Description
A volatile dust similar to gunpowder. When ignited, it produces a fountain of blindingly bright sparks. This powder and variations on it see use both on battlefields, to disorient foes, and in various celebrations and displays, as the effect is quite beautiful at a safe distance.
