I recommend lowering the damage and health of the mutants editing the hosting file of the server:

EXAMPLE

g_gameRules_faction0_dmg_f1=1.7 / Increase DMG to Mutants
g_gameRules_faction1_dmg_f0=0.55 / Lower Mutants DMG

Also recommend:

asm_percent=90
asm_maxMultiplier=5

This is a really good mod because it adds more mutants not only in cities but also in the countryside, but I'm not a big fan of the hordes of big mutants, they're too hard to kill without loads of ammo

I have tried your mod, but it was causing my server to become unresponsive.
Shame.
