in the most layman terms possible, an API alters the framework in which a game uses certain lines of code, according to what the API has added/altered. it you want to play with two mods who have incompatible API's, someone can make an API fix for one or both and use this, as to replace those API's with the one that works for both.

This mod made me want to pursue calm peaceful life by any means necessary. And also really like hands for some reason.

this mod made me pretend to hold my dominion over this world for my sick sense of superiority. (a reference to something nobody here will understand).

rebrand/rename will happen eventually (when I need to actually use it for what I have planned)
