Swain Advisor from League of Legends

I do not own anything. All content used belongs to their respective owners at Riot Games.

This is just a mod I created for fun so I can role play as the "Crisis." This Advisor voice is very good for authoritarian play throughs.

you could easily train an ai with this voice at elevenlabs, and then have the voice say the exact same things that vanlla advisors say, except in this guy's voice.
