Celtic (briton) Culture Buildings Upgraded

Description
UPDATED to Emperor edition.

This mod adds some new effects and edit’s effects from 2 culture building chains (Toutatis and Nodens for briton culture) + 1 City centre building (storage pit) and 1 military building (meeting grounds).

Save game compatible?

Yes, since it only adds effects or edit's existing one's.

The screenshots also show what I added or edited.

- Temple Toutatis: Tier 2, 3, 4:

+ Culture conversion, 4, 8 till 12.
+ Public order, 6, 12 till 20.
+ 5%, 10% till 20% more wealth from all sources.

- Temple Nodens: Tier 2, 3, 4.

+ 3, 6, 9 food.

- Storage pit: Tier 2, 3, 4:

+ Food, 7, 14, till 21.
+ 1, 2, 3 Xp for all agents build in the province.

- Proving groundsl: Tier 2, 3, 4:

+ Public order, 6, 12, till 24.
