Respect for putting so much work in it (I guess it is a lot of work). It does look nice.
We have folder named media_soviet in a game
And we have folder named media_soviet in a mod.
You should merge/copy over/overwrite this folder in your game installation folder with content of mod so "paths" overwrite "paths", "weather" overwrite "weather" and so on. It should *not* end up as media_soviet/media_soviet
Also to someone asking where they can see change notes but deleting question: They're located on top right of mod page, under mod preview image and file size.
