Prevent Subject Civil Wars

Description
What it does
This mod adds a 0 cost diplomatic action which can be applied to any number of your subjects which will prevent their political movements from radicalising and therefore preventing revolutions from occurring.

Game Rules and AI usage
There is a game rule you can change at the start to set whether you want the AI to use this as much as possible or not at all. In either case they won't disable the pact once started so if you want you can set some AIs to use it by switching to them, applying it then switching back off.

Why I made it
I always hate having my gameplay distracted by my vassals falling into yet another one of their eternal civil wars that I have to clean up for them and delaying me from starting any plays of my own for the duration.

TLDR:
Adds a free diplomatic action you can use on your subjects to stop them from having revolutions.

Latest update
- Updated to 1.8

Compatibility:
I expect this should work with pretty much any mod but let me know if there are any problems. This will likely not prevent scripted civil wars but I don't think there are any of those in base game though they may occur in some mods.

@Kaiser AVH I've not tested this with the new update but as far as I know it should still be working. I don't believe any of the last updates changes should have broken anything in it.

Hi! Is this mod compatible with the latest patch?
If not, could you please let us know if/when you plan to update it?
Thanks in advance and great work!

I have over 70 vassals, and not a single day goes by without a civil war. Because of them, I can't take any diplomatic action; I'm just staring blankly at the screen. Thanks for the mod, this will save me.

Great mod! My subjects have never been more docile!

Well it still works in 1.9 but generally yea, while you still get dragged into the civil wars that do happen, the AI seems much better at keeping their countries under control than they used to be.

Looks like this mod is deprecated in 1.9, I don't seem to ever get rebellions in my subjects anymore, aside from the usual india stuff.

Thank you for this mod, I really like it!
It was a real pain before, having to put down the 30th farmer-uprising in Croatia (among other states...)

@Ghaross. How so? I did a playthrough as Britain with it to test it and seemed to work. Only civil war I got in my subjects was the East India Company one but I assume that is scripted to always happen. Though I suppose it is possible I just got super lucky.

Well all I know is when I played the US yesterday I had a constant mexican uprising problem that never resulted in a civil war that never went away plus a few rebellions that I had to put down and today on a new playthrough as the US I have had 0 rebellions to speak of outside the american civil war because I did not want to wait that one out. Either way I doubt anyone will mind not having to put down rebellions in your own territory just because you conquered the land.

@Okabig I think it is just much easier to keep your people happy now. Nothing I did should affect your own country unless I am missing something somehow.
