Quieter Beam Lasers

Description
Mod that makes Beam turrets emit a less irritating noise.

-20db to -3db offset and -15% pitch for beam lasers along with fade or phase effect for vanilla and Terran beams.
Savegame compatible. Can be safely removed at any time.
