[Vanilla+] Structure Variety

Description
A set of vanilla beacons, rebuilt in a new style with altered layouts. Due to beacons being impossible to override at the moment, the original versions will still have a chance to spawn. I will keep adding new beacons to the mod until every vanilla beacon has been reworked.

Currently 9 vanilla beacons have been reworked:
- Asumus
- Ajokki
- Hissihiss
- KeilaJoa
- KopraKoht
- Jagala
- Morko
- Telakka
- Taskumatti

This mod used to contain multiple entirely original beacons. Those have been removed temporarily. They will also be rebuilt in the new style and will be reintroduced later.

Compatible with other beacon mods.
Safe to add into an ongoing campaign.

Also, one of the features that's being introduced in the upcoming base game update might allow me to remove non-reworked vanilla beacons from the rotation. I'll likely make use of it for more efficient testing once that update is out. Will let you know when that happens.

Here's a full changelog:
- Removed small turrets from all beacons that had them. They did not deal enough damage and only served to announce the presence of the bandit group ahead of time. Now you have a chance to actually be surprised by bandits when entering a beacon.
- Most beacons that support bandit events now come equipped with a railgun during the hard bandit encounter. The rotation angles are very limited, meaning you'd have to position your submarine right above the beacon to get shot. Be careful.
- Buffed the health of outer beacon walls to 600 HP and increased the health of windows and inner walls by a bit. The goal is to encourage players to fight the enemies inside the beacon with handheld weapons, instead of blasting the whole beacon with turrets. You can still use the safe approach if you have to, but it does take more ammo.
- Made minor visual adjustments here and there, and gave beacons more detailed descriptions in the submarine editor.

I've released an experimental balance update, as part of my effort to address various issues with the current implementation of beacon stations. Would be happy to hear your feedback once you had a chance to play with these changes.
I'll have to split this message into multiple parts because Steam comments have a character limit.

A rework of the Hissihiss beacon has been added. This was a difficult one to redesign.

Also, in case there's any confusion, these new versions should support all the beacon events, including bandit takeover. If you see anything not function as expected, please let me know. I will be doing my own testing in the meantime.
