Description
The most generic gmod map of 2013

An "unnamed" Factory in the middle of nowhere (Springfield, Arkansas)

Opened back in 1979, Construct Inc. was abandoned in 2019, right after the mysterious incident took place.
The smoke particles can still be seen coming out of pipes, what's going on there?

enough saying crap
this map doesn't really include any secrets or anything, being positioned as a generic gm13 sandbox map

Make sure to run buildcubemaps in console to ensure your env_cubemaps work! (most hammer compilation does this automatically) I got these errors:
