Ledges

Adds ledges to all maps. You can jump, roll, neutral getup, getup attack and whatever else youd normally do at ledge.

update : added "ledgestate" for things at ledge, eg making getup strongs not chargable.

Added support for custom ledgegrab animations and getup attacks, theres a file named compat.gml that says how to do such.

Added custom ledge offsets for maps. i have less than 0 clue how stages work so its not a stage side thing yet lol. if you know how to that works itd be nice to have it stage side instead.
