Crossbow Expansion Fix

Description
Crossbow Expansion, created by Microwaved Roe, with the following changes.

- Holy Arbelast
Changed blueprint sales rate to 100%.

- Scratch Tube
Increased sales rates and sales locations for both crossbows and blueprints.

- Superheater
Increased sales rates and sales locations for both crossbows and blueprints.
Bolts can now be stored in Boltbox.

- Buzzer
Crossbows and bolts can now be produced with blueprints.
The blueprints are in Savant possession.
Bolts can now be stored in Boltbox.

- Jezzail Bow
Crossbows and blueprints are now available for sale. However, they are quite rare.
If you want to make sure you get the blueprints, take them from Lady Kana.
Increased the grade of some NPC crossbows.

-Mobile Harpoon Gun
Increased crossbow and bolt sales rates.
Crossbows and bolts can also now be produced. Blueprints are also sold at the same location.
Bolts can now be stored in Boltbox.

- Emperors Jezzail Bow
Changed grade to Master.

- Changing material settings.
Adjusted Spring Bat and Mobile Harpoon Gun material settings, reverting Spring Bat to vanilla settings and making Mobile Harpoon Gun, which used Spring Bat data, functional.
This was due to compatibility issues with other mods.
*Two dds files are required for this setup, using 32 MB.

- Change Boltbox width
Changed from 5 to 6.
This is because some bolts cannot be stored without this change.

@Thundercraft
It has two built-in dds files needed to modify Spring Bat and Mobile Harpoon Gun material, which uses 32 MB.
No new items, equipment, characters, or buildings were added.
If you're interested, check with the FCS.

I like the fixes and changes I'm reading, but...
Can someone please explain why this mod is almost 34 MB in size, despite how it seems to do nothing outside of fixes and changes to another mod?

For a mod this size, I must assume that it either adds a whole lot of textures or it adds a 3D mesh for a new item, equipment, creature or building.

Does this add anything new? Or does it only change and fix the things mentioned in the description? Perhaps it also replaces a mesh in the original mod with an updated/fixed mesh?
