Description
In the future, this mod will exclusively focus on the first-person gaming experience for the base game (including DLCs). To ensure perfect compatibility and adaptation to other mods, subsequent support for other mods will be provided in the form of creating new mods

Attention:
When loading multiple mods in sequence, it is recommended to use the Mod Manager to avoid crashes and bugs not caused by compatibility issues.

1. Adaptation for the latest game files.(V 1.038.0)
2. To address the issue of mismatch between the aiming reticle and the muzzle when infantry stand and shoot with machine guns, the infantry's standing gun-holding posture is changed to that of a submachine gun style.
3. Optimization for ultrawide screens (with fisheye effect): the areas on both sides of the screen where the aiming reticle cannot be displayed properly are changed to have a deep black background.
4. Remaking of some low-quality aiming reticle textures.
5. Further optimization adjustments to the first-person gun-holding perspective for certain firearms.
6. Introduction of shoulder switching perspective (similar to Ghost Recon):
- In the default viewpoint of direct control mode (press E key, then click right mouse button once to enter first-person view)
- Scrolling down once switches to left shoulder precise shooting mode;
- Scrolling down twice switches to right shoulder precise shooting mode;
- Scrolling up once or holding down right mouse button switches to aiming mode;
- No scattering when shooting in precise shooting mode or aiming mode.

Remove Shoulder Switch View
●Copy “\400750\3163134589\Custom Options\zzz_remove_shoulderswitch.pak” to the “\400750\3163134589\resource” folder.

@Rivertexas (any anyone else who doesn't like the infallible accuracy) just above where i am typing now, you'll see "Custom options".

If you use these are instructions on how to customize certain aspects by turning things on and off.
For me the first half is " C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content "

I would then copy & paste "\400750\3163134589\resource\properties\human.ext" in the place where it shows the filepath in the top of file explorer.

The "\400750" is for Gates of Hell: Ostfront. And the "\3163134589" is this specific mod.

By deleting the files pointed to in the "Custom Options:" section, you can tailor the mod to your liking.

Dear Author, i love what you've made here - However, i have a question i can't seem to find the answer to anywhere in this page or in the in-game settings.

How do i switch from First Person to Over the Shoulder/Third Person view when on foot? Furthermore, how do i switch between which shoulder the camera is hovering behind?

Is there a reason why this mod makes every weapon, including mortars and artillery, 100% accurate with no spread?
