This is an extremely basic mod that makes sea and coastal sea tiles safer and makes the storm event easier to deal with both for player and AI.

Keep in mind, you will encounter less danger events at sea due to this mod.

Coastal sea danger 50-> 10
Sea danger 75-> 25
Storm Event needed high martial for success before, now it needs low martial.
