Tiered blocks with their balance maintained by Starfleck and Asy93, community admins, with credit given to all Skunkworks admins for critical input from player feedback

Revisions:

- Added Iridium Ore, Pure Iridium Ingots, and Iridiated Uranium Fuel
- Removed a few tiered blocks (Tools, Oxygen Farms, Survival Kits)

- Requires Refined Iridium for T3 Tech
- Added T4 and T5 production blocks
- Rebalanced thrusters around Custom PCU
