Hmmm… I’ve been trying multiple different horde alert mods, and this is the only one that doesn’t seem to work for me.
I’ve tried L4D2 and L4D1 campaigns and the TUMTaRA Vehicles map.
I’ve tried listening during all car alarms, horde events, and finales, yet I still hear the default horde scream instead.

still works for me. check if you have any mods conflicting with it. or maybe it's just a bit too quiet
