More Spies

This is a very light weight, single line of code mod.

This Mod adds 1 spy per 5 agency upgrades adding 5 extra spies for a total of 7 from the agency alone.
The spy cap is still 10.

Having few of no allies severely limits the number of spies available and the usage of Le Resistance spy content. This mod attempts to add more spies in a fair and balanced manner. The player should be rewarded for their investment in agency upgrades.

This is a very easy mod to make. If you want more spies but think that 5 extra is too much you can make your own mod with a lower number of spies from upgrades.

First create a mod in the Hoi4 Launcher name the folder morespies
This will create the folders: Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod\morespies

To the morespies folder add folders: common\defines

Create a new text document in NotePad++ and add the flowing script and replace X with the max number of spies you want from upgrades. You will receive a new spy every 5 upgrades until your max is reached.

NDefines.NOperatives.MAX_OPERATIVE_SLOT_FROM_AGENCY_UPGRADES = X

Save as a lua file to your mod defines folder.
