This is a sled made for the sledbuild gamemode, or for whatever you want. You can sit in both chairs, but thats all you can interact with. The idea behind it was that you always had to keep your documents in order, even if you're in the middle of a sled race. Should warn you that getting into the chairs is a bit tricky at times (its not perfect).
