Simple HUD inspired by Undertale

Replaces the following elements of the original HUD:
-Health
-Armor
-Amount of primary ammo
-Amount of secondary ammo
-Suit power (Aux) when HEV suit is enabled

It is possible to enable/disable HUD in the spawn menu or using console command "UndertaleHUD_Toggle ". When disabling with the console command, any values other than 1 will be considered as OFF

P.S.
AT parameter doesn't show actual damage of a weapon, but instead "weight" of weapon, this parameter is used by gmod engine to determine which weapon is better. I don't think that weapon damage is possible to get in lua at all
