Adds new language: en_BY

Switches server announcements' pronouns to they/them.

Client-side, compatible with UI mods, has configuration for she/her and he/him

The default uses the character's pronouns despite using the player's name, like Willow's she/her

Man why do people in the comments pretend like this is the best mod to ever exist. Like its not bad but it literally just makes the game call you they instead of he or she. Do some people find that irritating?
