It is not necessary to subscribed & enabled all the mods in the workshop or collection. Since the dependency between the mod and the translation data is specified, only the mods to be used will be translated and enabled. About the translation: If a city-state has more than one name, it is translated using the name most commonly used in Japanese. If there is little or no information in Japanese, we translate the readings directly into Japanese. Suzerainty Bonus: For some city-states, the type of bonus that can be earned but is applied only once after becoming a suzerain is added to the description. Similarly, for some city-states, the type that gives an output penalty or negative effect when becoming a suzerain is added to the description.
