27 Feb updates:
-fixed decking so players dont get stuck when one player stops
-moved spawns around so if someone is idle, they dont block players in spawn
-fixed house glitch so you cant shoot through
-all fences accept bullets
-added comm volumes
-fixed other minor issues

I am aware of a few issues as we just got to test it live today in a server. The issues have been fixed, however I have not pushed the update yet as I'm waiting so I dont crash servers. I will update this page when I am able to get the update out.

updated; fixed blocking volume and a command spawn issue causing both teams to spawn in the same area.
