A simple config mod + edited scripts to disable the WIP APS systems on the RHS T-14 and T-15 vehicles.

Thank you @Apricot_ale, while this technically did disable the APS systems, it did that by making neither RHS or my edited script load!

Not that RHS seems to be getting an update to include other APS systems but oh well.
