Description
This mod requires REPENTOGON. Press the tilde key to open the new debug console and menu. There's a new Shenanigans option that will let you enable/disable debug options.

You can set these from the console ("debug 1" - "debug 14"), but sometimes being able to see which are enabled at a glance comes in handy.

You can also view/toggle game/level/room state. Be careful with these. The game normally sets them as appropriate.

Normally you just need to beat Mom (or Mom's Foot) once to use mods and still get achievements. That requirement is removed if you install repentogon (which is required for this mod).
