[B41] Randomized Water Dispensers

Description
Randomized Water Dispensers
In the Water Dispenser mod, each one has between 50 and 250 water.

I added sandbox options, so that we can set our own Min and Max amounts.
You can also set a percentage chance for the water inside to be tainted, yikes! (Default 0%)

Hi is it at all possible to make it so the tainted water chance scales with time passing? I know there is another Dispenser mod like so, but it is a flat water amount by choice - whereas yours has randomized water levels which I much prefer for gameplay. I understand if you're not working on this mod anymore though, as you said you have a new one for B42.

I won't be updating this to B42.
I will handle water dispensers in my next mod: Stale Water and Propane
