Unlock Mercenary Contract for ytr factions, now you can request merc contract from ytr.

I've gave them only one conquer option after sign up a contract, which is give the settlement to their master.

I found that other factions would not be able to offer merc contract to ytr factions when ytr doesn't unlock all diplomacy options, so I made a small buff mod to give ytr factions prestige to unlock.

为黄巾解锁佣兵条约的提供和接受，其他势力可以要求黄巾三杰为其提供佣兵服务。我只给他们提供献予雇主一个选项，所以雇佣他们大概率是直接将打下的城池交给雇主哟！
PS:黄巾军签订佣兵条约后只有将打下领土献予雇主唯一选项

因为发现不解锁外交能力（势力等级）就无法接受其他势力主动提供的佣兵服务，所以我额外制作了一个給黄巾势力加威望的mod，如果想要在玩贼徒或南蛮时也能为黄巾派系提供佣兵服务可以订阅这个mod
