Improved Military Signs

Description
This improves the Blood Harvest military signs. I first upscaled them to 2k, then adjusted parts that the upscaler had messed up, added a proper badge and added detail maps

@Lenar most of the miltary signs from L4D2 and L4D, the only one I didn't do yet was the black sign on C5M3
