Added a tile that will light up when there is a Duplicants working above it.

This mod doesn't seem to be working for me, unsure if that's because of an update or the recent DLC

when duplicate continue work on the tile, the first order is okay, but after first order, the tile doesn't work

amd it describe that enhance food freshness
