Description




There are practically no dresses in the base game, which I consider a big loss. However, adding additional clothes that would only serve an aesthetic purpose [even if they gave +2.0 social impact] is not really my style.
Instead, I present to you a style, which retextures of most of the female bodytype clothes already in the game and those from Vanilla Apparels Expanded, turning them into dresses.

The mod currently consists of retextures:

- Eltex shirt
- Formal shirt
- Corset
- Eltex vest
- Formal vest
- Duster
- Flak jacket
- Jacket
- Parka
- Plate armor
- Robe
- Slave body strap

- Eltex robe
- Prestige robe

- Spikecore style apparels

Vanilla Apparel Expanded:
- Apron

Is it safe to add mid save?
I haven't encountered any troubles adding it mid save.

What is it? What is the difference between this one and ATH's Retexture Female Apparel?
This is a style, not retexture as earlier.

What does it actually do?
It converts female body type clothes to be dresses when style is chosen for ideo. Then all clothes crafted by pawn from your ideo will have trait "if worn by female body type that is dress".

Why I don't see syled things in my game?
Before you ask this question you need to check if you choosen this style for your ideology. It won't work unless you do it!

The style somehow doesn't show up on the thumbnails, only on pawns

I tested the mod on 1.6, it works. BUT the dress style textures won't show up in the gear (inventory) menu. When you change the style, you have to DRAFT the pawn who wears it to reload the dress' texture.

I used character editor mod to test it. You can use it as you wish, works fine.

Is there a reason this one was never updated to 1.6? Or should I say flagged as it works just fine.

Tried it out in 1.6 and using Change Style Anytime, I'm able to change the style, but the textures remain the same as vanilla.
Not sure what changed regarding styles and ideology, but currently seems to not work with 1.6.

Very small request? I love the dresses here but I also noticed that Tied's parka mod gets over-written, meaning the girls all get cute winter dresses, but the boys are stuck looking like goobers. Any chance of compatibility between the two?
