I mostly made this mod for myself because the lord hero recruitment costs in SFO were inconsistent with their upkeep and that was bothering me. Caster types have high upkeep and recruitment cost = 4*upkeep while physical heroes have lower upkeep but recruitment = 8*upkeep.

Explanation
SFO rebalances the recruitment cost and upkeep of every unit and character. This occurs in main_units_tables. However, the recruitment costs of characters are based on agent_subtypes_tables and the recruitment cost in main_units_tables is completely ignored. This results in situations where upkeep does not correspond with recruitment cost for lords and heroes, because the upkeep is SFO while the cost is vanilla.

Additionally, SFO lords appear to be balanced around the SFO costs in main_units_tables, not the vanilla costs which are actually being used. This causes any lords added by SFO to be more expensive than I believe they intended. This mod adjusts the agent_subtypes_tables of every lord and character to have a recruitment cost of 8*SFO upkeep. I do not know what the actual intent was but in my opinion the patched costs are more sensical. SFO devs will not make this change because they do not want to include agent_subtypes_tables just to modify recruitment cost but I do not foresee any compatibility issues as they can just overwrite.

This is slightly incompatible with any mod that modifies the agent_subtypes_tables of vanilla or SFO lords and heroes, though mods which do that are rare and at worst one of our mods would overwrite. Additionally, SFO submods which do not balance agent costs around the patched costs might be slightly inconsistent, but that is much better to me than having every lord in the game inconsistently priced.
