Customizable Smoke Time

Description
Ever felt rushed huffing a cigarette in less than 10 seconds?
Fret no more!
You can now decide how long it will take to smoke most of your stuff, in seconds.

Default smoking duration is 60 seconds. Goes from 5 seconds minumum to 10 irl minutes.
Smoking duration can be decided upon Sandbox mode game creation, or altered in-game with Sandbox Options.

Supports all major smoking mods:

Can be added and removed from existing saves safely. You will need to restart your save for Sandbox Options changes to take effect.

Untested in MP.

To Do: implement ModOptions settings.

Hi, awesome mod!
I warn you that the custimizated time don't work when you light a cigarette by an oven with the mod "i don't need a lighter", it is a very used mod it will be great to make this compatible

@Omega_Wolf & @Ilkankus I'll have to take a look at both of those but I have a strong feeling our mods all redefine the timed actions in a way that is not compatible. Smoking is the same as eating, so at most I might be able to implement sandbox settings for eating time, maybe

love both longer smoking times and longer eating times but for some reason they arent compatible :/

@3lfu84 interesting input, I'll have to look into it but I'm afraid game limitations make it impossible. I don't think you can overlap timed actions
