Feisty Four Pillars: Top Crumps Update!

Description

Changes the Lunar Pillars to the Feisty Four from Undertale Yellow, along with the Lunar Event messages.
Might add a certain Sheriff later down the line, but for now it's time to get feisty!

1.1 (Royal Flush): Now features reskins of the fragments, along with new names and flavour texts!
1.2 (Top Crumps): Now features unique music for both the normal and the otherworld soundtrack! The normal track is "Deal 'Em Out" (Composed by emBer) and the otherworld track is "After Hours" (Composed by Figburn and Noteblock)
