Los Prados (Scenario)

Los Prados is a region situated in the middle of an orange sand desert. The region features a river that is designed to provide irrigation to support the growth of a city that can feature numerous opportunities for tourism, including golf, gambling, and sightseeing. While it strives to be a great region, it is heavily prone to thunderstorms and can experience major flooding due to its low precipitation rate, but it rarely experiences earthquakes and tornadoes. The goal here is to make the city as prosperous it can be with a population of 1 million without reaching the debt limit, having an ill population, or having rampant crime. Be careful as you only have a limited amount of time before a major disaster hits.
